  3. Eden Out – we’re a bit of an odd fit in that we are essentially a vegan catering service that offers our products one day a week with ordering in advance.
    I believe we are the oldest continually operating vegan business in Asheville.

Dilbar has amazing Indian street food, Murasaki and Mr Tea both have fancy vegan sushi and other dishes, Dobra West has healthy offerings, Ghan Shan West offers a lot of vegan asian dishes, Del Vecchios has a vegan Chicago style deep dish pizza, a lot of local pizza places have vegan cheese and even vegan meats, Bears smokehouse has an impossible meatloaf, most bbq places offer jackfruit or tempeh or tofu (Luella is especially good), Gemelli has vegan lasagna
    ..really the list goes on and on.

    You should also add Back Porch Baking Co. They’re a 100% wholesale bakery that sends pastries, etc to coffee shops. Pollen AVL always has her stuff along with other vegan treats and different plant milks. So you should add them too!
