Quick and simple to make but the results are oh-so-impressive! Not too spicy for the kiddo and makes great leftovers too. Highly recommend topping with some fresh thai basil if you can find it.

I’ve always found store-bought vegan cream cheese lacking in flavor. So I love that you can add to this recipe! The nooch is perfect for a cheesy flavor. I added diced scallions and it was so yummy!
