I love hot cocoa so much!! I also love peppermint flavored anything. This recipe is the best of both worlds. I also use hazelnut coffee sometimes in this mocha and it’s even more amazing. Such a perfect beverage for the cold, winter months. My fav!

Ok, I don’t drink coffee but I do treat myself to a decaf every once in a while, and adding peppermint extract has been a huge discovery! Yummy!

Oh this is sooo good. I made it with extra coffee and used oat milk making it delicious and creamy. The peppermint flavor puts it over the top!

I’m OBSESSED with adding peppermint extract to my vegan hot cocoa and mochas! I got a bottle of it at Trader Joe’s a few years back over the holidays and have been using it ever since. It’s sooo delicious.

Peppermint hot chocolate is one of my favorite winter beverages and this recipe is the perfect excuse to also use up some of the So Delicious whip I have sitting in my freezer! YUM!
