My favorite part about these peanut butter cookies is that you can eat the dough — and better yet — roll it into balls and coat it in chocolate for vegan chocolate cookie dough balls! They’re divine as cookies too though, of course 🙂

Hi Sharon! We do consider sugar vegan. You can see our article here: https://www.worldofvegan.com/is-sugar-vegan/ If you consider that most fruits and vegetables are grown in soil filled with animal products, remnants of tofu from tofu companies are sold to the dairy industry as animal feed, etc — we realize that living in today’s world is imperfect, but there are zero animal products in sugar making it technically vegan.

White and brown sugar are not vegan. You’re misleading people.
