In reply to Christian Johnatty. Hi Christian, you can definitely add more protein by swapping the cocoa powder for protein powder. You can also easily adjust the sugar by reducing or omitting the maple syrup. Keep in mind that the sugar total also accounts for naturally occurring sugar in the banana.

It sounds tasty, but it definitely isn’t ‘healthy’ as you claim. 529 kcal and 51g sugar for 10g protein? That’s pretty terrible.

This is genius. I love the mocha version with chopped pecans added. Tastes delicious but is actually pretty healthy!
