Yummm! I’ve never made sweet potato toast and I feel the time has come–also would LOVE to have this as dessert!! As someone who’s sensitive to nut butters, I think a tahini substitution may be in order for me! Thanks, WoV!

You’d never believe that sweet potato toast could be so tasty! The texture of the sweet potato is slightly soft and also slightly crunchy. I was so surprised at how delicious they are with just a few simple toppings. My favorites are crunchy peanut butter, banana and a few dark chocolate chips OR (this may sound strange) warm homemade chili with a dollop of hummus. Try it!

How clever to use sliced sweet potatoes instead of bread for toast! A healthy and tasty breakfast. We love the almond butter and a dash of cinnamon on top!

These sweet potato toasts are a breakfast game changer! They are perfect for me when I don’t feel like oatmeal but still want to eat something healthy and nutritious. Almond butter, sliced banana, and a maple syrup drizzle are my favorite toppings!
