These are so cute and easy to make. Great for a snack, appetizer, or finger food for a gathering. We got a bit creative and used a spicy tomato-eggplant sauce. Yum.

I can’t believe how quick and easy this pizza rolls up are to make! I’m not a huge fan of olives, but add a bit of vegan pepperoni and crushed red pepper and I’m in heaven! Perfect for a snack or for appetizers. Love it!
