This was good and has the potential to be excellent but to me it’s missing something. I’m not sure what, but it lacks a depth of flavor. I’m going to make it again and will use a variety of dried mushrooms in the broth as I think that will help. Thanks for such an easy and good tasting foundation!

Ramen is my favorite!! I usually had this for lunch at least once a week growing up. Although I probably won’t add in the tofu, I’ll most likely add in some tempeh. The suggestions for add-ins is SUPER helpful! Sometimes, you just don’t know what you want and being able to choose from a list makes things much easier. What a fantastic recipe!!

I love Lotus Foods ramen!! I had this flavor a while ago and it was delicious! A must-have especially during winter. I love adding seaweed to mine 🙂
